• No refunds:
  All purchases are final. Because our products are food items made to order, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

• No returns:
  Due to food safety and quality control standards, we do not accept returns of any food products. Returned food items cannot be restocked or resold.

• Order cancellations:
  We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion prior to shipment. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid.

• Damaged or incorrect orders:
  If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us here and we will review the issue and work to resolve it.
